Our TrustPilot cards work the same way as our TripAdvisor and Google cards
You simply show the card to your customer, they tap the card with their mobile or if their phone doesn’t have NFC they can scan the QR code.
The are then on your TrusPilot review page where they can then leave you a glowing review.
TrustPilot scores are based on many things but one important factor is how often you get reviews, if you don’t receive one for a period of time your score goes down regardless of how many 5 star reviews you have, so get the card out and get them to leave a review whilst your service is fresh in their minds.
